We have upgraded our website maintenance offering!

Recently we updated our capabilities in web design by taking on Macromedia’s Studio MX product. We told you about it in October of last year. If you missed our announcement please click here for the article.

Well, we are at it again!

When we took on Studio MX it also extended our site maintenance capabilities. Studio MX is a database product, which allows for easy upgrades, especially of text. But of course this easy update capability is only available to users whose website is programmed in Studio MX.

Now we can provide you with an incredible tool that you may use to update any website developed in HTML!

It is critical to keep websites up to date. Product changes, pricing changes, new things happening at your company – this is truly making use of the web to keep customers and prospects up to date. Update your site and then send out an email telling your customers and prospects that there is new information on the site and of course provide them with a link or links to the new information in the body of your email.

Now back to our product discussion. The tool we are recommending is provided by Macromedia and is called Contribute. A non technical person can use this product to update content – even graphics and new pages if you wish to really learn the product. Most typically we see the product being used to keep text up to date and we will still do the more difficult tasks such as new graphics, button changes, etc. However, you can do that also if you wish.
